IVIPRO DAY/Off

What identity for Italian video games? On one hand, a growing industry; on the other, enormous potential linked to storytelling rooted in local territories. How can the different souls of a medium that is becoming increasingly significant within the audiovisual landscape coexist?

IVIPRO DAY/Off is the name of a series of satellite events of the IVIPRO DAYS. These are one-day initiatives held throughout Italy, dedicated to the role of video games within the audiovisual ecosystem.

The first stop will be in Prato, on September 19. An afternoon — organized by IVIPRO in collaboration with Toscana Film Commission and Manifatture Digitali Cinema — focused on opportunities for both professionals and cultural institutions. It will feature professional development sessions and case studies, offering audiovisual professionals, cultural institutions, students and enthusiasts a chance to explore this world and better understand its dynamics.

Access to IVIPRO DAY/Off events is free, but registration is required.
