Monteriggioni and the Assassin’s Creed effect

The project derives from the study of exemplary cases such as Assassins’s Creed II, a video game released in 2009 and set during the Italian Renaissance, in cities like Venice, Florence, San Gimignano, Forlì and Monteriggioni.

Monteriggioni’s tourist office suggested an itinerary focused on the places of the video game and even the developer Ubisoft organized a Fan Day in this Tuscanian village, in October 2010, to promote the next episode of the series.
